Can I drop off my project in person?
Absolutely!! Our shop is open by appointment only, but contact us and we will be happy to setup a time for you to come in.
How do I ship my firearm to you?

What is your turnaround time?
We normally try and have standard one color projects completed within 2-4 weeks, but turnaround times can vary depending on many different factors. We will try and give you an accurate timeline once we receive your item, based on the complexity of your project as well as our current workload.
How do I make a Payment?
Payment can be made by cash, credit card, check or money orders. Payment is not due until the project is completed. Once completed and you have approved all work, we will send you an invoice to facilitate the payment method. All projects must be paid in full before it is returned to you.
Do you have a Warranty or Guarantee?
We want you be 100% happy with your project. If you notice a blemish or problem, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will do our best to resolve it. Please note, we cannot cover against wear and tear from normal use, such as holstering, damage from dropping, etc.
